For this Hommage, 3 Fonteinen blended a kriekenlambic and a frambozenlambic in a 40/60 proportion and with a final fruit intensity 529 grams of fruit per liter of Hommage. The weighted average maceration time was five months.
Both young and 2 years old lambic were mixed, and the bottle was left a year in their warm room before release.
