This Oude Kriek was macerated with sour cherries for almost eleven months. The lambic used while macerating were both one and two years old. 3 Fonteinen also used one, two and three years old lambic from Peated Pedro Ximenez Sherry barrels to blend the sour cherry lambic into a kriek.
Final fruit intensity: 354 grams per liter of Kriek. Average age upon release: 2,5 years.
