Vintage 2018 Ice Distilled Cider. 

Cider which was frozen after fermentation to separate the water from the alcohol and flavouring components. Then, ice is removed, and after de-icing, bottled as a sweeter, stronger cider concentrate. Perfect for pairing, as desert, or on ice at aperitif!
