Fermenterarna Hello Trendsetter

Fermenterarna's new NEIPA is bursting with fruit notes but maintains the characteristic herbal bitterness. The nose starts off with crushed pineapple, custard, lime zest, jack fruit and a benzine note that reminds of a Riesling wine. In the flavour the fruit notes continue with more focus on citrus rind, namely lemon and orange. Medium body, medium carbonation, medium high bitter and a smooth mouthfeel. Pineapple, benzine and herbal notes linger into the finish.
