X Mortalis Brewing Co. - Lime Cubed

"Three expressions of lime grace Lime Cubed, our latest collab with Mortalis Brewing. Using a new experimental pilsner yeast we learned about on a recent trip to Rochester, Lime Cubed was brewed with large of amount of flaked maize and then dry hopped with the lime-forward Motueka hop before we added lime juice and lime zest. Pouring a bright golden yellow, aromas of Five Alive and limeade are met with beautiful flavors of zippy lime, Brawndo brand electrolytes, 7-Up, and bright hops with a crisp, dry, and refreshing pilsner malt character we all love in our crispies."
