A bright fruited Berliner Weiss that begs the question "What IS the big theory behind a cat's meow?".
Bold red berry aromas of sweet raspberry, strawberry, cranberry and blueberry followed by a soft lactic note similar to fruited yogurt. Still very berry forward in the flavour but more tropical notes come through here; passion fruit, but also ripe mango, banana and subtle baking spices. Medium light to light body, medium carbonation and no distinguable bitter. Definitely tart yet not puckering and just enough sweetness to balance. Meow.
