This version gets one of the new American super hops; Strata. A very versatile hop that throws out an array of different notes with strong leanings towards dank marijuana, pink grapefruit, passion fruit, strawberry and we even get a hint of red apple. Adding this to the super tropical fruit fest that is Soup creates a multifaceted IPA that is a fruit cocktail with undertones of fruity weed lingering in the background."
