Grimm Artisanal Ales is a Brooklyn-based brewery founded in 2013 by Joe and Lauren Grimm after nearly a decade of tinkering with fermentation. Grimm specializes in concise, elegant ales epitomizing the creative, experimental spirit of the American artisanal beer revolution.

This foeder fermented, dry hopped Sour Ale brings a citrus explosion. Bright pink grapefruit, green grape and a light black pepper note in the aroma. The flavour presents lemon candy, yuzu fruit, vanilla and a herbaceous touch. Tart but not puckering, light bodied, medium carbonation and a medium bitter. Citrus rind tannins linger in the finish.
