One of Kent Fall's newer IPAs brewed with the relatively unknown Michigan Copper hop variety.
In the aroma we find crushed pineapple, pine resin, sweet custard, lime zest and a subtle vanilla note. The flavour follows similar lines with a bit more minerality coming through here. The resinous bitter is pronounced but balanced. Medium low in body, medium carbonation, medium in bitter and soft in texture. Textbook example of a New England IPA with a little more focus on the dank notes than most.
