Brewed as part of PLU's Veteran Project to create awareness about veteran's issues; on Denmark's Veteran Day but also on the other 364 days.
Subtle wet hay, orange blossom and fresh cut grass notes in the aroma highlight the Saaz, Centennial and Hallertau Blanc hops used. The flavour has more honey, herb and bitter citrus notes and a peppery finish. Light in body, medium carbonation, medium bitter. Crisp and easy, perfect for one of those days.
