Popihn - Assemblage N°8

Blend of three coolship worts, aged two years in foudre. Apricots from Nîmes region (fr) were added three months before bottling. 

Low carbonation, oaky and pit-y notes with brighter, sharper apricot notes slicing through. Good sour.
