This classic Weissbier's aromas include banana, apricot, clove and a hint of citrus rind. Caramelized malt notes come through in the flavour. Caramel, brown breads and more clove combine into something reminiscent of banana bread. Dry, high carbonation, light bitter and a litte spicy yeast note in the finish.
