A quick soured tart ale fermented in stainless steel tanks with grapefruit and orange zest. Lime, yuzu, hay, white bread dough and fruited yogurt in the aroma. In the flavour the citrus makes way for unripe peach and apricot, while maintaining the light malt notes. The zest comes through in the form of a lightly tannic bitter. Very light bodied, medium low carbonation, mildly tart and a low bitter. Crusher!
