The Veil Brew Co. Energy³

Big and bold NEIPA that packs a punch. Bright pineapple, peach and custard notes in the aroma, followed by a leafy herb dankness. In the flavour this dankness takes center stage with pithy citrus and herbal flavours dominating, while subtle notes of stone fruit and white grapes are hiding in the background. Medium bodied, medium high to high carbonation, high in bitter and a little sharp in the finish. Great expression of Idaho 7 hops, while allowing the Nelson Sauvin come though in a supporting role. Not as smooth and way more bitter than your average NEIPA, which is probably why The Veil just calls it an IPA.
