The Prodigal Haze Part VIII continues our exploration of intense hop character, combining Citra and Comet hops with Paradisi and Motueka for an extraordinary flavor journey. Brewed with a focus on cool whirlpool temperatures and massive whirlpool additions, this iteration brings forth aromas of passionfruit, dark berries, and bright citrus. Pouring a pale yellow color, akin to Part VII, this hazy beauty is a feast for the eyes and palate. The interplay of citrus and stone fruit flavors unfolds with each sip, evolving over Paradisi’s vanilla-like florality. Our house yeast’s creamy qualities meld with these tropical aromas, blurring the line between a Triple IPA and fresh sweet smoothies!
