When thinking of New England breweries, one of the first to come to mind is Trillium. Originally based in Fort Point, Boston, Trillium has now expanded to include multiple brewing locations across Massachusetts, and is now celebrated as one of the world’s best craft breweries.
Despite all of their success and expansion, Trillium has remained true to their New England roots - focusing on high-quality local ingredients, and developing grassroots initiatives like a bio-intensive regenerative farm, all with the goal of putting back into the communities from which they originally developed.
Although their availability is limited in Europe, Trillium beers are of a consistently high quality and include a wide variety of different styles including IPAs, wild ales, stouts, porters and barrel-aged beers.
