Specialising in Sour IPAs, Hudson Valley has carved out a specific niche, and in doing so has elevated some of their beers to the status of cult-classics among craft beer fans. The brewery has seamlessly combined classical and modern brewing techniques in their processes, with the delicate and elegant aspects of mixed-fermentation and sour beer brewing balancing out the more hop-forward approach favoured by most US craft brewers.
The end results are some of the best contemporary sour IPAs available, all packaged within exquisitely designed cans, and produced to an extraordinarily high-quality and consistency.
