Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen 3 Fonteinen - Cuvée Armand & Gaston S20/21 Blend No. 17

This cuvée Armand & Gaston has been blended with lambikken from four different barrels anndd originating from four different brews. Twenty percent of the cereals used for brewing the young lambik were sourced in Brabant through 3 Fonteinen's own farmer's network. 

The old lambik used was brewed in the first days of 2018, coming from two small 400L barrels they founnd gently oxydative. 

The weighted average age of this blend is 18 months.
