A DIPA, hopped with Citra and Egger’s Riwaka Diesel. A late-harvest expression of Riwaka produced only in select seasons, Riwaka Diesel is known for its intensely ripe character - sometimes compared to late-harvest Riesling - with a depth that can hit at subtle diesel-like notes.
