Mas Gomà - La Planta 2022

Mas Goma's excellent sparkling wine crafted using the traditional method (brut). It is a delightful indulgence for the spring and summer seasons. With a rich, foamy texture and toasty notes derived from full lees inclusion and two years of meticulous aging, it captures the essence of its origin in the chalky soils of Penedès. The wine boasts a distinct terroir, marked by a dry and clean finish achieved through the absence of dosage or added sugar. It presents a unique interplay of salty, soil-driven elements, accompanied by delightful hints of fresh flowers and herbs.
