A marriage of Hudson Valley's glycerin and peach silhouette recipes, and our multi-oat/wheat DIPA. We added an ample addition of fonio to make the peach really pop. Soured for 48 hours with plantarum. Whirlpooled with milk sugar, Citra, and Simcoe hops. Refermented on A LOT of peach purée.
