One of the core beers by Brussels' de la Senne, a "Session Ale" dry hopped with noble hops. On the nose there's strong spice and herbal aromas of coriander seed, leafy herbs and a touch of vanilla bean, along with lemon zest. In the flavour the lemon returns and is accompanied by chewy white bread dough and mineralic notes. Light in body, medium high carbonation and a high bitter. Dry and spicy in the finish with the herbal bitter lingering on the tongue.
