Fidens Noctis Umbra

We are excited to introduce a new series to the Fidens family.

Our goal was simple: create a lower ABV stout that still delivers the flavor, body, and depth of our bigger stouts. The result is Noctis Umbra, the first release in our new "Jr." Stout Series.

Noctis Umbra is packed with rich, layered flavor while coming in at just 6.3% ABV. For this release, we took a more restrained approach with the adjuncts. They are present and purposeful, complementing the base beer rather than overwhelming it, making for an incredibly drinkable stout.

Noctis Umbra features additions of coffee, almonds, and cocoa nibs, creating notes of freshly roasted almonds, coffee, and chocolate in a stout that's both flavorful and approachable.
