Special Feature: Aged in rock cellars without artificial cooling
Since Carl von Linde invented artificial cooling in 1870, breweries have been cooling their beers in cold storage facilities or cooling tanks. Today, just as it was centuries ago, Graser Felsenkellerbier is stored in the historic rock cellars beneath the brewery without artificial cooling. At a constant ambient temperature of 8 to 10°C, it matures evenly in moderate cold, resulting in a particularly balanced, refined, and malty flavor.
ABV: 5.4%
