Special Feature: With Roasted Hops

The hops for the Franconian Pils are slowly roasted on the hot bottom of the copper brew kettle. This hop roasting process is so unique that we have already filed a patent application for it. Through roasting, the hops develop their own intense aroma. At the same time, they impart a distinct fruity note to the beer. The result is a spicy light beer that can confidently be called the forefather of the Pils.
