Special Feature: Made with Bohemian hops and soft water

Bamberg used to be one of the largest hop trading centers in Germany, and Bohemian hops were considered particularly high-quality in Graser’s day. In this light lager, Bohemian aroma hops provide a distinct hoppy note. We also use particularly soft water for brewing, which is softened before the brewing process. The result is a smooth lager with a pleasant bitterness, a well-rounded and mellow aroma, and an almost creamy mouthfeel.
