Wild ale aged in oak, brewed with dandelion, cherries, lavender & mint. Inspired by the amaro culture of Italy, this was a collaborative effort with the Poughkeepsie, NY Institution of Rossi & Sons. Pairs tart, sweet & bitter farmed/foraged ingredients. Botanical cocktail vibes, cherry pie & lavender shine with a tangy cinnamon finish.
