Jas sources Grüner Veltliner and Sauvignac from Lukas Krauss in the Pfalz and Pinot Blanc from Niklas Rückrich in Rheinhessen — all organically farmed on clay soils. Each variety macerated separately for five days before pressing and fermenting in stainless steel. 8mg/l sulphites at bottling only. 1,200 bottles made.

Light, aromatic, and a little unexpected — exactly where you want an orange wine at 10%.

Tasting Notes
Aroma: boskop apple, fresh mint, sage, subtle herbal note
Palate: light citrus, gentle tannin, clean and aromatic
Texture: light to medium, lively, easy to drink
Finish: dry, minty, and refreshing

Serve lightly chilled — don't go too cold.
