This Creamy Double IPA utilizes A significant portion of oats and honey malt in the grist. A massive charge of Mosaic creates notes of ripe clementine, dank blueberry, juicy apricot, and pineapple cream.

Following on the success of Blue comes this treat - Big Blue! Big Blue is an all Mosaic double IPA featuring a mostly pale grist, a mountain of oats, and a kiss of honey malt. It is constructed with a sturdy base to accept the onslaught of hops applied during every stage of the brewing process. We taste and smell ripe clementine, dank blueberry, juicy apricot, and pineapple cream. As a pure representation of hand-selected Mosaic hops, Big Blue is just outstanding!
