The three snow-packed peaks shine brightly under the New Zealand sun. The ice shell and powdery drifts below them in turn feed the pristine waters of Nelson Lakes National Park. Nearby, nestled on the border, is Mt. Ella Station, which in a previous life had been a thriving dairy farm operation. Its agricultural past has a new life now as the Nelson Lakes hop farm, which grows some of our most prized lots. Mt.
