Sphere is an American Double IPA brought to life by our proprietary yeast, a unique innovation nurtured during the frost-laden winter of 2023. With each brewing cycle, we’ve adapted and refined our methodology, pushing the envelope of hop-laden beer, yet in a distinctive way from our celebrated House yeast. This brew’s hops regimen is streamlined and potent, primarily comprised of Galaxy. A touch of Citra is also added, providing a subtle citrus hint to the overall profile, resulting in a blend that radiates tropical charm. Sphere is designed not just to be a beer but a unique sensory experience, as different from our iconic House yeast as it is complementary.
