River Roost
Tucked within a bend at the confluence of the Connecticut and White rivers lies River Roost Brewery. Established in 2016 by owner/operator Mark Babson, the brewery has continued the tradition of high-quality breweries coming out of Vermont, with IPAs, lagers, mixed-fermentation saisons and stouts all being churned out on a regular basis.
