In the Barrel Aged Series, we seek out the unique flavors of used wooden barrels. Our ciders age in these barrels for at least 12 months. It is not only the wood that affects the body of the cider; the drink that was previously in the barrels also leaves behind a special aroma. Each barrel imparts a different, unique flavor.

This cider has aged for 14 months in a Pinot Noir wine barrel. The taste of Pinot Noir is characterized by strawberries, raspberries, and cherries with a floral aroma.
