A Golden Sour fermented with a Lager yeast and aged in oak on Raspberries and Pink Peppercorns. Aromas of raspberry, black currant and a floral yet earthy note. Cherry dominates in the flavour while raspberry is still very present. Light bodied, soft carbonation and an acidity that is somewhat puckering. The pink peppercorn adds a slight bit of heat in the finish, and contributes to the bright berry character.
