Fat Lizard Brewing Company Saison Rose

This Saison is fermented with a Champagne yeast and conditioned with raspberries. The aroma reveals raspberry leaf, wheat bread, lemon and clove. Those notes continue in the flavour and are joined by caramel and a doughy sensation. High carbonation, low bitter, dry and only slightly tart; this beer makes for an elegant summer sipper.
