Hill Farmstead Anna Puncheon (Geteme)

In honor of Edward’s sister, this version of our honey Farmstead® ale was crafted with Geteme honey from Ethiopia and aged for more than a year in our puncheons.

Geteme honey is derived almost entirely from the Geteme tree from the high-altitude Gera forest in southwestern Ethiopia. Sourced in partnership with Forested (Maryiza)—a women-led ingredient company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia—it’s brought to market through a direct supply chain that supports indigenous land stewards and smallholder farmers.
