Our FIRST EVER 100% ALL ESTATE BEER! This one is 100% rye grown on our farm in Poughkeepsie, cascade whole hops from our hop yard, and of course our well water & house mixed culture cultivated from our beehives. This beer fulfills our mission to produce a beer composed of ingredients only found at our farm. A huge milestone for us, we couldn't be happier to share this beer first with our dedicated Hive members.
