For this rendition, we’ve taken bucket loads of Galaxy grown exclusively by our friends at Hop Products Australia in their Tasmanian hop garden, Bushy Park Estates. Bushy Park Estates has a storied hop-growing lineage stretching back over 150 years. This reliability produces incredible Galaxy, showcased here with notes of underripe pineapple, lemon-lime, and earthy citrus, with a tongue-coating tropical hop oil finish. Tasmania stands as a beacon of untamed beauty in an increasingly clustered world.
