Super Sauvin and Nelson burst with notes of lychee syrup, crushed white grape, passionfruit, and grapefruit hard candies. Mega Motueka then lands a tropical punch as it swirls with notes of limeade, Sicilian lemon sodas, and pineapple shaved ice. Okay, let’s get into the science. Our friends at Freestyle Hops collaborated with the mad scientists at Phantasm to create these wildly tropical hop pellets. Phantasm is a powder derived from Sauvignon Blanc grapes that is rich in thiol precursors: essentially the building blocks for potent aromatics.
